40 Minute Cap.
Partner Workout:
Once the clock starts you and your partner are in charge of your own rest.
3 Minute Rest between Stations.
You can not move on the next station until the one you are on is complete.
Both partners can be working at the same time (ex: one partner ski /one partner T2B).

2000 m Ski and 100 T2B.

1 Mile Run together

100 Cal Bike and 100 STO
