5 single arm DB OHS (each arm)

5 ring muscle ups OR 15 pull-ups

8 minutes

Build to AHAP hang squat snatch

– then –

7 minutes:

3 rounds:

10 DB overhead step ups (5 each leg / arm)

17 TTB

8 minutes:

Build to AHAP full snatch
