Strongman is the newest program addition to Omega. Do you like to lift all the heavy things? Is your focus solely on gaining strength? Does deadlift and chill sound a lot better than a run around the park? If you answered yes to all of those questions, you have no choice but to give our Strongman program a whirl. Led by our resident Strongman Coach Lauren (LO), this program incorporates the power lifts (deadlift, squat, bench, strict press), along with old school Strongman elements like atlas stones, the yoke (we named ours Marcellus), log lifts, and picking up odd items like kegs and giant medicine balls.
Regardless of your current strength level, our Strongman program can meet you where you are, and most assuredly take you on a trip to Gainz City!
