Our highly educated Omega staff strives to program these workouts in the most effective and efficient ways possible to maximize your time and give you the results you desire. The majority of CrossFit workouts are quantified by a time or repetition total, making it easy to track your progress over time. Your complimentary access to Beyond the Whiteboard will allow you to record every rep and weight, and help you rank your own personal fitness.
