Our Cardio2 is a bootcamp style class designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!
Cardio2 is a combination of strength, cardio, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. Each class is 60 minutes long and designed to keep you moving and burning fat throughout the entire class. In our Cardio2 class, you will never do the same workout twice! Why is this good? Because your body will never adapt and you will never plateau. You will get results quickly and your body will continue to change.
Our classes are held inside so we can workout in any type of weather. We also provide all of the equipment for you so all you need is yourself and the desire to get fit!
