Omega Bootcamp is an all encompassing program designed to work your entire body throughout the week. Incorporating all aspect of fitness, Bootcamp involves bodyweight exercises, the TRX suspension trainer, kettlebells, free weights, medicine balls, rowing, running, Jacobs Ladder, and so much more!
Like all programs at Omega, every class is led by an instructor to make sure you’re being safe and effective, and to keep you moving throughout the hour.
Bootcamp differs from CrossFit in that we typically do not have Olympic style weightlifting. This doesn’t mean we don’t lift weights, but moves such as the barbell snatch and barbell clean & jerk usually do not find their way into a bootcamp workout.
Bootcamp is truly designed for anyone from novice to advanced, and with over 20 classes per week, you are sure to find one that fits your schedule.
